As a long established precision rubber manufacturer, Metflex has developed advanced facilities to provide rubber to metal bonding for specialist industries.

The process involves degreasing and phosphating metal inserts prior to bonding. Specialist machinery, developed for Metflex, sprays the treated metals with an agent, which allows rubber to key successfully. The finished product can then be implemented into various other rubber engineering processes that Metflex provide.

By combining components into one part rather than have two or three separate components not only results in potential cost savings, but also invariably gives a more consistent and technically superior solution.
