Based in the North West of England, in a purpose built manufacturing facility, Great Harwood, Blackburn is the Home of Metflex. From Rubber compound development, through to rubber mixing and compounding, and then moulding and finishing, Metflex is able to produce your rubber component requirements under one roof.

Metflex is a key player in the manufacture of gas meter diaphragms and membranes for the Gas metering market, supplying diaphragms throughout the world to the major Gas Meter Manufacturing companies. Our range of specialist materials also enhances our ability to supply into the regulator markets, thus enhancing our position within the gas industry.

For the last fifteen years, development of manufacturing facilities, and formulation of specialist rubbers has allowed Metflex to expand into the manufacture of rubber blocks for the coupling industry, and more recently specialist polymer formulations has allowed expansion into the demanding Subsea market.

Metflex Precision Mouldings produce a wide range of Rubber Components, and rubber seals.
